Rory & Mary are professional licensed General Contractors with over 60 years of combined experience. Rory is the owner and operator of McGuire Construction, Inc. established in 1981. He specializes in residential, remodeling, concrete, and light commercial construction.
Mary’s background is in Real Estate, completing continuing education in real estate law and financing. Her skills include: Project estimator for McGuire Construction since 1991, Insurance appraisals, reports and mediation, customize written building contracts, purchase agreements, organizing construction and end loans, scheduling subcontractors and building materials with a strong interest in photography. Mary has worked in the real estate and building trade since 1987 and has been a working part of McGuire Construction since 1991.
Rory and Mary have successfully completed hundreds of projects keeping customer satisfaction and quality standards a priority. They are committed to continuing their education with the AHIT accredited home inspector training program and the environmental Solutions Association, which keeps them up to date with new and innovative construction concepts.
Rory’s areas of expertise also include an efficient and practical analysis of construction defects, standards of construction quality, building codes, contracts, water, wind, and fire damage, Insurance appraisals, reports and mediation.
In addition, McGuire Construction, Inc. offers Consulting and expert Witness services for the Legal, Insurance and Construction Industries. Their consulting services include, but are not limited to: Insurance appraisals, Insurance mediation umpiring, confidential consulting, site inspections, construction defect analysis with the capability to evaluate construction defects by physically exposing them, discovery research, detailed reports, photography, expert witness with deposition, mediation and court room experience.
